- TSTheresa SOct 9, 20255.0We have both personal and commercial accounts with Wells Fargo. I personally do not deal with any other branch. Anytime I need anything, I go straight to the Sienna branch. Rey and Veronica are fantastic and so are the other bankers and tellers there. I had an emergency yesterday with theft and Veronica dropped everything she was doing to help me. Other bankers had to step in and help her clients and even their lunch breaks got all messed up. Veronica and her team went above and beyond to help us and I am so thankful to have them close by.

We will be looking for a different bank. Not interested in doing business with a company that doesn’t have time for its customers.
