The female manager sees it’s only one at the desk with at least 6 people sitting and in line and did not come to help with customers. Desk teller was really sweet though. Not good customer service from management

Waited 45 minutes for them to tell me that there cut off time was 4:30 and that the only thing they could offer me was a brochure to come back another day! I guess they don’t want my business. 👎
