  I am a long time memmber and I went to deposit some money, the teller talked loudly the people standing in line could hear howmuch I deposited and I waited for meeting a banker for auto loan and she comes out and infront everybody waiting asking for what is the reason to see a banker , I said autoloan and she publicly explaines how it work and how it dealt in wellsfargo. Instead publicly explaining how to get an autoloan she could take me to her table and explain this is how it works. Both people needs to gain some professionalism. I feel I got rediculed in front of other people who are in line.

  Do not open an account here. You cannot put a password on your account to protect you. They will tell you that you can just to open the account then at the end they will tell you they can’t just to get you to open an account. Avoid at all costs. Wells Fargo bankers got in trouble for opening false accounts just recently and I see they are still doing it, and while giving face to face false information. Where I am from we call that a Lie.

  I cane today to withdraw some cash and the amount was $5 bills. The first comment from the cashier was I don’t have $5. I never heard from Wells Fargo. I asked for envelope but she said it is not fitting in the envelope. Such bad such employees are terrible for your business. I have account in this bank for several years, never had such an experience.
