  The customer service to speak with a representative isn’t customer service friendly. I was told three times, “Someone will be with you shortly,” by three different people. I’m not quite sure what’s going on here. I bee waiting 25 minutes.

  if you want to be seen by one of the employees at the desk . don’t come here. the wait is too long and they don’t have many others there to assist you. this is a place to cash your check or make deposits, then get out of there.

  Usually I favorite this location because of its customer service. I come about 3 times a month. Today however, was a different story. The teller who assisted me was a lady by the lane me steffi. Her body language and the way she looked at me when speaking was extremely rude. She didn’t smile once, her tone was very unpleasant she basically acted as if she didn’t what to be the one that had to help me. She asked if I wanted a envelope for the money order, I replied yes. She threw it up on the Counter instead of putting the money order in the envelope and handing it to me. Then called for the next person while I was still at the window trying to put the money order into the envelope. She should not be interacting with the customers nothing about her says she’s there to assist you with your money!!
