- ALAmy LopezDec 17, 20251.0Your ATM doesn't accept withdrawals or deposits. Your drive through is closed. I've been with you guys since 2012. And the last year or so has become quite frustrating. I've had multiple back surgeries and don't move around as good as I used to. And I have to go in just to do basic things? What's going on here?

After 20yr plus, even adopting dogs to employees at the Waxahachie location, at least ONE of their employees had the audacity to call Adult Protective Services on me!!???? Not only was it slander, but absolutely false accusations being slung my way! There is a video to prove EVERYTHING I’m saying is completely the truth!! Thank God APS did their job & I applaud them for that. How can Wells Fargo get away with something as serious as this????? So, in my opinion, RUN from the Midlothian Wells Fargo, as fast as you can!!! You may be their next victim due to possibly a bored employee with NO life of their own & feel they can just lie, lie, deny, deny! ALL things work together for the good for those who LOVE the Lord! I may even get a tattoo with that lady who HAD to come into my home. So Ty Wells Fargo!!

More than 4 weeks ago, our granddaughter was scammed out of her college savings. She is working and paying her own way thru college. With the grants, scholarships (she works hard to get), her little bit of money she can save has kept her from having school loans. But someone called her using the Wells Fargo customer service number and scammed her of her meager savings. It's not much for most people, but a lot to a under graduate. And now, almost 5 weeks later, Wells Fargo Claims Dept. is still dragging their feet, not resolving this issue. MY issue is how was someone, not working for WF, allowed to use the customer service number?
