- GDGabriel DyeNov 26, 20251.0Unfortunately wells Fargo continues to disappoint. I needed to accomplish the exact same task at both Wells Fargo and a local bank involving a death of a relative. At Wells I was unable to accomplish the task and must return on Dec 1st and will have to endure more seemingly corporate bureaucracy. I left Wells went to the other local West Texas based community bank and completed the same task in about 15 minutes. BTW at Wells Fargo I was inside the branch for 45 minutes just to be told I had to come back on Dec. 1st.
