All the tellers I have encountered over the last year or so have been very professional, kind and thorough. And we have dealt with the manager Terry many times and she is the same. I recommend this branch for sure.

We attempted to see the banker, and was told that they were booked for the entire day when there was nobody else in there, and the banker was not seeing any customers. This branch is poorly ran.

I have been there 3 times to send a wire transfer and see bankers not doing anything and they tell me it will be a hour and a half or so or make a appointment. The last time I waited 30 minutes and when the banker was done with his customer he got up and left and he was the only banker and they said he should be back within a hour if you would like to continue to wait. Just drive to either of the other wells fargo banks om midland and avoid this one at all cost
