Can't seem to reach this branch by phone. Weird that during regular office hours you can't contact this group.

Don't get a loan with them. I got an auto loan through them. When I went to payoff the loan, they pulled the payoff amount twice. Which caused an overpayment and they told me I'll get the overpayment back in 10 business days. It's been 14 business now, they say there's nothing they can do. Now I have to go through my main bank to try to get this resolved.

Lauren Carroll Was very respectful and very helpful. She handled my problems in a timely manner and then helped me some more.
I recommend this location I have gone to other locations but this has been the most helpful and I will continue to business with them. I recommend everyone coming to this location. Thank you BB&T for all your help!

I can't check my credit card with Citi Bank any more online since BBT bought them out. I have tried to call the local BBT bank by phone but it doesn't answer. I have called Citi bank several time and spent hours on the phone trying to get this fixed, but can't get it fixed. I was told BBT did not buy out Citi Banks credit cards. This is very troublesome to me and hope someone can figure out what needs to be done!
