  Be more like Philip! Philip is the only person in this branch that will treat you with respect and has excellent customer service. 1/9/26 I came in to do business deposits like usual just a little later in the day. I thought know big deal the bank doesn’t close till 5:00pm I made it there around 4:40pm. I wait in line like everyone else and was greeted by Philip at the window, told him I needed to make some deposits and get change and had no problem with my request. In the back a pregnant lady in red is hovering over this transaction and finally comes up and starts speaking to me with an attitude trying question me like officer during an interrogation. “So do you usually come around this time?” Do you only deposit money once a week?” “ Why didn’t you come sooner” I answered all her questions mind you it’s none of her business what I have going on. The entire time she continued to hover and watch over like a vulture trying to stare me down to feel her bad mood, instead of helping Philip with the deposit. This is not the first time I’ve received poor customer at this branch and only this branch. It’s always “you can’t have that may deposits” “ we have a limit on how many we take.” At the end of the day if you don’t want to do your job why are you working there and continuing to hire poor workers to be the one making a welcoming environment. Why should I have to suffer from poor customer service and care when people like her have an attitude about simply doing their job.

  This bank is slow they always only have 2 or 1 tellers. I really do not like this bank. I would never bank with them. Too dam slow.

  I went to this branch to deposit a cashier's check, but I forgot my debit card. I gave her, the teller, who wore a pink blazer, my license and told me to wait. She went to discuss it with the other teller because she thought it was suspicious. I waited a good 20 minutes for her to get off the phone in order to verify the cashier's check. After she got off the phone, she said that it is unverifiable. The check wasn't even over 90 days old, and it did not have a expiration date. I headed over to PNC to discuss if the check is still valid, and multiple employees said yes in an affable manner. I head back over with a business card of the personal banker who signed off on the check. Unfortunately, I got the same teller, and I asked her if I could talk with the manager. Then she replied with the bank manager is off premises. Then I gave her the business card with the personal banker from PNC and asked her to give her a call. She did, but I'm pretty sure she used some random number. There was no response, and I wasted about 1 hour for her petulant actions. There were no customers behind me in the lobby when I entered the second time. She incorrectly profiled me, and she wanted me to feel embarrassed by showing all of the other people waiting in the lobby that I am a liar. I drove over to the Wells Fargo branch on Saturn Rd., and one of their tellers expeditiously accepted the check. These inadequate and obtuse employees, who work at this branch, made me decide to leave Wells Fargo, correctly known as Wells FarFarAway, as my bank. They need to be retrained.

  I visited this branch yesterday afternoon to have some documents notarized for Wells Fargo. Although I arrived at 4:30 p.m. and the branch does not close until 5:00 p.m., the staff made it evident that they “could not assist me at this time.” An employee assured me that I could return the following morning WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT and that my documents would be notarized without issue. I REARRANGED my schedule and returned early the next day, only to be informed that the notary would not be coming in at all. This level of miscommunication and disregard for customers’ time is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this branch. They demonstrated a lack of professionalism and a clear indifference toward providing proper customer service. 0/10 recommend.
