- DGDebbie GuzmanDec 6, 20251.0Arrived at drive though window at around 11:45 am. There was another car I front of us. When we got to the window finally at 11:59-12pm we waiting a few minutes as no one was at the window. We then pushed the button for assistance. They refused to help us saying no one was in line. I told them to check the cameras. They refused to help and told us to try another location.

They’re absolute dinosaurs who need to be replaced with people who understand work history. Declined for a small loan because your staff can’t understand the difference between moving from a franchised hotel to a corporate owned hotel? Staying within the same company but being promoted to another property is somehow grounds to deny me a SMALL loan? Absolute insanity. This bank is a joke. Always has been with every experience there. Don’t bank here.
