I set an appointment up for a "new" checking account. On the day of our appointment, nope, not gonna happen. We have someone else at that time. "Ok, what can you do for me"? My appointment was first. What could they do? Nada. Nothing. Nor do they care to make it right, contact me, or anything. Marketing team assures the higher ups " look at the surveys we send out". I was not happy so, they did not send me a survey. Wells Fargo is not in the business of good customer service. We...opened an account with Capitol One.
