I'm Latino with 3 forms of ID and they still wanted to call the maker of the check to verify they wrote me the small check. That's ridiculous. My Wife and I have accounts with BOA & CHASE. We will never open an account with this branch of WF. If I was you I would take my money and go to literally any other bank. 0 stars

The manager and two other employees did not have a clue on how to open a business account. They were calling their customer service and finding out how to etc. They have no clue on what documents are needed. They do not have any courtesy towards customers. They are not trained at the most basic things like opening an account. I wonder what else they do there.. Very disappointed!!
