  I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Wells Fargo over the past several years. Every time I visit, the staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The branch I frequent is always clean, organized, and well-staffed, which makes banking there efficient and stress-free. I especially appreciate the personalized attention I receive from the tellers and financial advisors. They take the time to understand my needs and answer all of my questions thoroughly, whether it’s about my accounts, loans, or credit options. I’ve also used Wells Fargo’s online and mobile banking services extensively, and the apps are intuitive, reliable, and make managing my finances so much easier. Another thing I value is how proactive they are about security and fraud prevention. I’ve received timely alerts and guidance that helped me avoid potential issues. Every interaction I’ve had, whether in-person, over the phone, or online, has been handled with professionalism and care.   Thanks Lynne for the quick and friendly service provided. And the manager who came and spoke to us for any feedback. It took only few mints (less than 5) to complete the task I intended.

  Left the branch shaking. Horrible nightmare. A guy walked right behind me and started harassing me about the way I parked even though I parked Within lanes. I was at the window conducting transaction, this guy continued harassing me, and an older banker came out and greeted the guy that was harassing me as if they were good buddies. Right after I left the window, the guy continued harassing me While everybody was witnessing , and the older banker (the guy’s buddy) Came up to me and said that I used profanities and this is a public place, And my response was “ You know I didn’t”. And he literally walked me out of the branch, as if he was protecting his buddy that was harassing me the entire time I was at the branch and nobody did anything.. Please avoid the branch If you are not buddies with the older banker.

  Worst Wells Fargo I have ever had. Lady ignored my parents and ran out to help a young kid that came in about 20 minutes later. They had planned on opening an account but not after this experience.
