  I made appointment for 12/12/25 at 4 pm to open business account. Waited 51 minutes while Gloria and her manager figured out what documents we needed eventually we were told they cannot open account because they could not locate google image of my business of all things. They eventually realized they needed business banker and Gloria was personal banker. I left disappointed Because we had all the documents that Wells Fargo required on their website. Why would bank need google image to open account when I have IRS and state filing documents. Seriously educate yourself before you provide false information to your longtime customers

  i’ve been with this bank for awhile now, and honestly loved them, up until today. i went to go cash a check, put most in my account and take some cash. they proceed to tell me less than $300 will be available next morning, and the remainder would be there in 4 business days, which makes 0 sense to me. tried to tell them that would not work, and they could have careless. my girl and i will be closing our accounts and looking into other banks. i understand having to process, verify, all of that but giving me less than an eighth of the total check available for multiple days? is completely unacceptable. especially when you have bills. such a shame as i did love this bank. (i believe the tellers name was Katie? she was really sweet, but she also kept saying “well now the system is telling me this” with 2 completely different numbers available more than once.) will not be returning to this bank location, or really using this bank all together. update- went to a different branch across town, and funds will be available in the morning. if you have to go to wells fargo then def don’t go to this branch. but still strongly considering changing banks all together. because why could i get it done hassle free at a different branch, when i was told by the previous location “due to multiple notes in my account and the current balance.” just really isn’t adding up.

  Not a customer but did stop by to inquire about accounts. Talked with a young gentlemen I believe named Leon or Leo. He answered all my questions and was able to get me answers on everything I had asked. Even with out an appointment I was still able to be seen, there was a slight wait but it was understandable everyone doesn't seem to rush their customers and focus on them. Unfortunately I did not have the opening deposit minimum but I will be coming back to this location when ready to move forward.
