After nearly 45 days of dealing with an unresolved issue at another branch, I was honestly ready to close all my accounts and walk away from the bank entirely. But the moment I walked into this location, everything changed. These three went above and beyond to not only fix the issue quickly, but they did it with professionalism, patience, and a genuinely helpful attitude. I felt like they actually cared, which is rare these days. Because of them, I won’t be going to any other branch in the McKinney area. This is where I’ll be doing all my banking from now on. So pretty much is your money but they hold the power to it, you can't use your debit card at so many locations or online. Save yourself the trouble and stress go to CHASE or something, this bank is complete trash. If you want to try abs purchase something but can't use your card, this is the bank for you. Good luck with PROSPERITY BANK. I'LL DEFINITELY BE SWITICHING BANKS SOON.
