- LLLynDale LewisOct 30, 20252.0This particular branch is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Unfortunately, it's closest to my house. I go to ANY other branch if I'm running other errands. No greeting. No thank you. No acknowledgement other than "how would you like that back?" In a monotone. Usually it's Denise at the window. My dogs used to get treats here, so they expect it, but if I ask her, she sighs real big and says she'll go get them or just says they don't do that here. It's OK, I'm headed to my other bank and they get them there, where the tellers are always nice and friendly.

Wont discuss further details because I could write a 5 page essay on what happened but seriously do not bank here they don’t care about their customers.I will be looking for a new bank in the upcoming weeks.
