- JJJohnnySep 18, 20251.0Was a member of the original Richardson credit Union before it had been bought out by other credit unions, viewpoint Bank, then legacy and now prosperity Bank branches and ATMs are at least 2 hours away now. Customer service when calling or uneducated. It is not the same credit Union I originally signed on to as a member. Now I am just a customer that no longer feels welcome. After 30 some odd years I will be closing out this account along with line of credit. They don't care anymore
