- BBBAMBAMSep 7, 20255.0I got hacked, email, FB, bank, everything. We had to close down an account and open a new one while trying to deal with ransomware. It was an epic nightmare. I was able to lock down my debit card on that account and speak with a person after hours using express bank. We went into the bank and Joanne Agana helped us close the account and open a new one so the thief couldn't touch it. Thank you all for an excellent experience despite what we were going through.

Absolutely disappointed in Bank of Texas Mckinney for charging me for an incoming wire transfer. The bank contacted me and asked if they could resolve the issue. They gave me a phone number to call, after calling they transferred me but I only heard elevator music for ten minutes. They take your money, they don’t pay you any interest, they use the money to earn interest, and charge us for it????? “-:;,’n
