- BBBAMBAMSep 7, 20255.0I got hacked, email, FB, bank, everything. We had to close down an account and open a new one while trying to deal with ransomware. It was an epic nightmare. I was able to lock down my debit card on that account and speak with a person after hours using express bank. We went into the bank and Joanne Agana helped us close the account and open a new one so the thief couldn't touch it. Thank you all for an excellent experience despite what we were going through.

I signed up with Jackie she is the manager of both plano locations. I can tell you they are managed and ran correctly. The reason why I’m finally writing a review was what happened today the teller was a rude unprofessional 9-5er. I asked her a simple question and she said don’t come back if you are going to act that way. I asked you why your bank was holding my money for almost a week that I deposit monthly at this time. No answer.. I called Jackie in Plano and she handled the problem professionally and took the long hold off. The reason why I’m not moving to another bank is because of her and her amazing professional behavior. Bank of Texas fix your McKinney branch!
