- JJJames JenkinsMay 1, 20193.0I'm really conflicted in writing this review. On the one hand, Tammy and her team are truly delightful people, and are VERY helpful. They obviously care about their clients. That said, I have been extremely disappointed at the hours of operation, and the complete lack of modern banking technology. The limitations of ANBTX have negatively impacted my business multiple times in the few short months I've been an account holder. If you're a business owner who needs to be able to utilize online banking as a part of your business, or you need to send ACH payments or wires, or you care about your bank being open when you need them, I can't recommend ANBTX, unfortunately. If you're a person or family looking for basic personal banking needs, and most of what you want can be handled at an ATM or teller window, then you're probably fine. Again, the people at the McKinney branch of ANBTX are wonderful. I genuinely like them. But, their hours of operation and their lack of innovation are deal killers for me.
