Couldn’t move money in accounts and went into overdraft. After explaining it to the lady she said “and then?” Like it wasn’t their problem. Then told me there was only one person that works for the entire place that could even look into it, and she wasn’t there. After being with them for over 20 years I’m finally closing all 3 accounts.

They are the only bank in town and they are taking advantage of the elderly. I will look into legal action concerning this abuse.
