They had me wait for a manager saying they couldn’t do it themselves. I waited 20mins and then left. I went to another location today and they did it for me no problem, I was in and out in a few minutes just like Wells Fargo had told me it would go. This branch just has terrible service!

Customer service is heads above the rest! No automated nightmares to navigate. I've been notified on a Sunday, by an actual person, about possible fraud activity with my account. I feel that my money and my information is protected. The Wells in Mansfield is my go-to. The entire branch shows that they care about you, and genuinely want to help no matter the need. Ever since my parents passed, wells has moved mountains to help me navigate the estate, all the while showing compassion and empathy. Debbie is my hero! Practically holding my hand the entire time.
