Although he informed me he had an appointment coming in at the time I was there and he referred me to his partner (Jared) who got me in an out of there in no time. Knew the answer to every question I asked! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Second time I walked in requesting to open an account after having waited in line 30+minutes to be told I have to book an appointment. No customer restroom by the way when you could be there for hours. I finally booked an appointment, but the entire experience has been very frustrating to say the least as I should have told the very first time I needed an appointment and I should not have to wait 37minutes in line to be told to go home. No one is there to even look at you when you walk in. I’ll keep my business with Chase.

I came in to get a document notarized and was told they could only notarize my signature, But not my wife, because she does not have an account there. How, as a notary, are you going to notarize one signature and leave the other signature box blank? All someone would have to do is take the document home and have the other person sign it. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I guess I need to take my business account and personal account somewhere else.
