  Well my wife opened an account there and deposited $200 so we didn't get charged the monthly fee... A few weeks later my wife cashed a check there for $78 (government issued check)that had nothing to do with the bank... Then a few months went by when she tells me our balance is only $122!!! Understand that other then cashing a check there and getting the mailshowing the funds for it we never not once used nor could access the account! So when we went to close the account for obvious reasons!! The manager informed us that when they cashed that check for us that her Teller made the mistake of giving us not only the cash for the check but gave us the check back as well.. Then evidently they tried to call both of our phones to no avail. After that they decided it was ok to steal the $78 out of our account! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT??!! She was telling me that I wasn't understanding that her teller made a mistake and there for I should understand that she couldn't possible have it deducted from her pay check like most places that people tend to a cash drawer... That I should also understand that it was the obvious thing to do was to remove the money from our account!! Am I missing something here?? Then went on to assure me that if we still had the check we could cash it! I've cashed checks at this bank in the past and am very aware of there long drawn out time frame to get that done. They always have to go and push the check thru the machine that sounds like a teletype machine and then verify whatever whatever and so on that I'm sure voids the check! Comon man! Really! Now I come home only to read that others have had very similar experiences there!?? Seems like a lawyer needs to get involved in something that is an ongoing situation! How can someone with an I. Q. Of this level even get a job as a manager? I left there in total disbelief to be honest! So if all that wasn't enough of a unbelievable story. She decided out of the kindness of her heart to refund the service fees that added up over the few months that we weren't supposed to be charged for because of the $200 that was supposed to be there all along.. So I'm guessing this is some of that new math? 🤔 So $200-$78 is like $122 the last time I checked? We cashed out with a check from them for $102!! On an initial $200 deposit!! Sounds fair to me I guess? Stay tuned something tells me there is more to come... 😯

  Horrible customer service, they are always sending me emails that they suspected FRAUD and when I called it takes more than 30 minutes to get through to a person. In person banking is bad as well also I do not like the atmosphere when I walk into the bank. I have run out of solutions to find a good bank so I’m stuck with them 😡

  I have banked there for close to 20 years. Great people and very helpful. They call you by name when you walk through the door.
