- ABAdam BiesMar 4, 20251.0This is, hands down, the most ridiculous bank I have ever dealt with. When I opened the account, they placed a 30-day hold on any checks I deposited for the first month. Most banks will put a 10-day hold on new accounts. I have been locked out of the online banking system multiple times, requiring a call to customer service and begging them to unlock it more than once. I recently moved, and I have tried getting the bank to update the mailing address on my account 3 times now, and the bank still can’t update the address on my account. My debit card gets declined when ample funds are available in the account for no reason. This bank is horrible, and I am in the process of switching, but I will keep this account open until I have a new account with another bank, long enough to make it a smooth transition.
