About 5 years ago wells fargo made a change where only business accounts can have deposits made with an ID. Daisy at the mobile drive thru on Ave Q is the enployee that needs to be informed that although I am not in fact a signer on a BUSINESS acct I AM allowed to make a deposit. I have had this occour for myself and my contractors and i tell them to ask for a manager because it is allowed and normally I have no problems. Daisy was steadfast that I COULDNT make the deposit. I told her I would go down the road and make it happen and I would file a complaint... both of which have happened. EDUCATE YOUR STAFF PLEASE YOU HAVE WASTED MY TIME AND MY PATIENCE (Id give your institution a 0 star review because i have never had anything good to say about you but a 0 isnt allotted.)
