    They asked me to open up an account but charge me $10 to cash a check banks already make money if you’re gonna charge people $10 to cash a check when you’re a non-member I won’t be opening up account at places like these like I said, we are going through a struggle in life in America and you want to take every penny that we have through a check cashing fee. I don’t think so.

    This is the best Wells Fargo in Lubbock hands down. The staff is the friendliest and super fast. I will only come to this one location for the as long as I live in Lubbock. Every one of the staff members here go above and beyond.

    VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BANK MANAGERS! They ask very inappropriate questions demand to know your who personal life. And to make it worse they stare you down as you walk thru the store making people very uncomfortable. I guess they were never taught not to stare at people!! Would like to know who my lawyer could get in contact with even after speaking with the bank manager they continued to harass us! I would like to recognize Shelly(teller) she is amazing has always been so friendly/nice and respectful!! She is the only reason many people continue to go to this bank!
