No reason why we should have to spend over an hour waiting in commercial line every morning to make deposits. When there’s only 3 cars. Currently 3 cars in line and I’ve been here for an hour and that is ridiculous. Need to put someone more experienced and quicker at the window, we have jobs to get to. I will be using another bank.

Erica is the worst teller to have interacting with the public for any reason. Glad I’m not a member here and never will be!

Honestly this is just about this branch, but the whole bank in general. I’ve been a customer for 10 years and while they have a great app and automated system that has kept me, I’m definitely going to leave now. Whenever you have a problem, you have to go to a bank to actually speak with someone unless you want to get aggravated at asking for an associate on their customer service line. Today, I was having issues with receiving a new debit card. I ordered it on the 9th, then after two weeks I asked why it hadn’t arrived yet and there automated system told me it had arrived a week earlier. Checked my mail again, no card, so I decided to order a new one. The next day the original card I had ordered appeared ( 7 days after the date they had told me it was delivered). I went to activate it and it wouldn’t let me. I called the line, after 20 minutes of asking for a representative and waiting someone came on to tell me that I shouldn’t have ordered the second one because now the first one is disabled and now I can’t use it. I told them the app had told me that it had arrived 7 days earlier but she told me that’s just an auto prompt (aka bs) and that they have no idea when it will arrive. In the end, I thought I could go to this bank to get a temporary debit card and honestly was told rudely that I could just order a card on my phone. When I told her the problem she was just like oh you can use your Apple Pay. However, most establishments ( Walmart, rent, gym, etc.) Apple Pay is not a solution. So at this point I’m 3 weeks out of a debit card with no way to pay my bills. I already have to change my payments over to a new bank, so might as well just cancel my account her. Thanks for the help I guess
