- AGAlexis GarciaAug 5, 20251.0During two visits I was unfortunately assisted by a teller who i believe is African American. I want to make it clear is solely regarding the level of professionalism and service received and has absolutely nothing to do with the person's background. the service I received did not meet the standard I expect from Wells Fargo. Her discriminatory attitude, as if she did not want to assist me and how she rolled her eyes at the fact I needed assistance at the time shows how unprofessional she is. She was dismissive of my concerns, interrupted me several times and I left without any assistance at all. Our company has been a customer several years and I am truly disappointed. I am requesting that this issue be looked into and that the appropriate steps are taken to ensure that future interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
