I’ve been withdrawing from it little by little with no issues, always working with the same teller who’s been fantastic and super helpful every time. But this time, I ended up with someone new, and the experience was completely different. She made me wait around 40 minutes just to verify the check, even though I’ve already been using the funds for weeks without any problems. I get that people are just doing their jobs, and I understand the need to be cautious with checks but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being treated as if I did something wrong. It was frustrating, inconvenient, and honestly, a little embarrassing just sitting there waiting like that. This isn’t a reflection of the company as a whole especially not the wonderful teller I usually work with but I wanted to share how uncomfortable and frustrating that experience was. i will be closing my bank account soon.
