It is horrible. I open my account with you in June 2009 then closed it in 2014. Wasn't happy with never knowing what city would have a FB& T in other states. I went to Wells Fargo.obef from Lubbock. Opened my account back up in 2017 and since joining, take over, whatever is going on. I have a hard time using this bank. It's like are no people in the bank. No phones answered. Please tell me what the heck is going on.

I brought my entire family to First Bank several years ago and it has been relatively problem free. There were, however, occasional overdrafts that were not warranted and deposit issues taking longer than necessary. I have found the they will have checks or transactions as pending for days and then say it was processed/completed days previously so they hit you with a $30 overdraft fee even though it showed it as only pending a few hours ago. This happened this past week with a check pending on Saturday so I deposited cash to cover it on Saturday morning. Today, Monday, I find out the check 'completed' on Friday, even though it showed it still processing/pending Saturday morning. They charged my account a $30 overdraft fee and basically called me a liar about it showing pending on Saturday morning. They also have the cash I deposited on Saturday as still pending even though they say, over the phone, it has cleared. I have a screenshot showing it as pending right now so I stay negative!!! I'm telling everyone I brought over to First Bank to beware and leave. (Right now that's 5 people. For sure 3 are switching banks with me because of this.) I was told to not let this happen again to prevent a headache for both sides!?! Really?! According to FB&T, what is shown on online banking to customers is incorrect and off by at least 1 day compared to their in house system.
How dare you treat customers like this because they do not have huge amounts of cash in their accounts so you figure they 'don't matter'! Shame on you First Bank!
