- BBBrittany BirdwellSep 19, 20251.0I have been banking here since i was 15, so 18 years and they have been going down hill for a while… But this new UMB bank is AWFUL!!!! I just called to make a transfer and they wanted me to leave a voicemail so they can call me back. Just a normal customer service thing that they can’t even do anymore. I have already opened a new account somewhere else and i am leaving this bank as soon as i get everything moved. Do not recommend to anybody! UMB is already making things worse with all the new changes that less benefit you as a banker and now they can’t even answer your phone call!
