  One of Prosperity’s customers wrote a check to me that was returned as insufficient. I called the bank to see if the check was now good so I could cash it. It rang 12 times with no answer. I called again with 15 rings with no answer. I tried another location with 10 rings and no answer. Tried a third location with 15 rings and no answer. When I finally got through, They refused to tell me if there was sufficient funds for me to drive there to cash the check. I wasn’t asking for anything personal, simply if it would be good for me to drive there since I was already charged a $5 return fee. So I drive to one of the banks and they verbally told me the funds were in there but they couldn’t get me the funds because I didn’t have an account there. I drove to another location and they did give me the funds less $3.25 because I don’t have an account there. Found out I don’t want to bank there because they don’t seem to care about customer service and besides, they don’t have a clue

  Rachel Garcia at the 98th street branch was very helpful and helped me resolve my issues with my direct deposits.she should be commendid for her outstanding customer service not like the branch in Slaton where they would not even take the time to get on the computer or make calls to help resolve my concern. Rachel is a great representative of your company and I hope you give her an award for outstanding customer service.

  Shelby was outstanding, she helped me, guided me, was very informative and very professional. I would recommend prosperity home loan to anybody looking to get into a home.
