  My husband and I have been long time customers of Prosperity ! Love the new location on Slide, everyone that works in that bank knows us by name including the branch manager! Feels like small town banking use to be, Zachary takes care of all our needs with precision and a smile, thank you for a great open house a few weeks ago!!! 5 stars !!! And 2 Thumbs up!!!

  I’m sharing this review on behalf of a close colleague, an independent business owner who has successfully run his LLC for over a decade. He walked into this bank simply trying to cash a check from one of his customers. The situation began at the drive-thru, where the teller not only refused to cash the check without valid justification, but proceeded to write across it in a way that rendered it useless at any other branch or institution. Because of their carelessness, he had no choice but to go inside and attempt to resolve the issue in person. What followed was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional interactions he has ever experienced. The teller inside spoke to him with open condescension the moment he approached the counter, treating him as if he were attempting something questionable rather than completing a routine transaction. The most humiliating moment came when she decided to call his customer to “verify” the check right in front of him, despite his valid identification, long-standing business credentials, and spotless history. It was unnecessary, demeaning, and completely out of line. The teller’s conduct was astonishingly unprofessional—an unsettling mix of arrogance, hostility, and incompetence that left no doubt she was entirely unfit for a customer-facing role. She carried herself with the kind of unwarranted superiority typically seen in people who confuse their job title with authority they haven’t earned. Her behavior turned a simple transaction into an unnecessary spectacle, making it hard to imagine how someone with such poor judgment and an even poorer attitude ended up representing a financial institution. If this is the caliber of employee the bank considers acceptable, it raises serious questions about their standards as a whole. No professional—especially someone who has built a reputable business and served the local community for over ten years—should be treated this way. The entire experience was unacceptable from start to finish, and it speaks volumes about the culture and priorities at this location. Anyone considering banking here should think twice.

  Zackary Lopez was incredibly helpful! He went the extra mile to help solve a significant problem for me. He was knowledgeable, gracious, tenacious, and pleasant all the while. I was most impressed and very thankful for the service he provided!
