- FCFreddie-Realty ConnectGroupJun 6, 20223.0I walked in to the lobby to cash a check that was drawn from Prosperity. They gladly did. BUT, also with a 1.5% "service" fee. I asked the teller if they were attempting to compete with "Cash Express" places (tongue in cheek). She took it in stride and is a great asset to this place. I TRY really hard NOT to rate anyone, or company, less than 4 stars. But, goodness...this is way out of bounds in my humble opinion.
