- CBCharles BlackJul 1, 20252.0Id advise you to bank elsewhere not all but some staff members can just be rude and inconsiderate to the situations of the clients I just off the phone and the bank teller was just rude for no reason they over charge on everything and the worst part is anytime I try and upload money onto my cash app to send whether it be family or friends I'm constantly receiving fraud alert text from the bank and then they shut down my card and then I have to reply with the yes letting them know that it's me this bank is just becoming more problems than anything have a blessed day y'all 🙏

The lady who did assist us took 20+ mins for a medium size jar of coins. Like...really. that being said their coin machine is now behind the counter and must done by them. Customer service is lacking for a location that was not busy.
