- GRGlo RodAug 9, 20191.0This Branch is so annoying on Fridays they have like 2 ppl that work the drive though and they have 20 cars waiting to be helped I'm actually writing this review while I wait bc thats how long they take I've been here already 20mins and I'm still waiting this is not the first time this has happened and ever since this bank went from American state bank to Prosperity bank it has not been the same the tellers make so many mistakes not only on my acct but as well as other family members...get more workers and train them better plz
