- KNKayla Neloms2 days ago1.0I went to put some money on my grandpa books. Short Spanish lady with glass was very rude to me. When I came in first time I told her I wanted to put 30 on his books. I wanted to do split payment. She said she couldn’t do it. But she will try. So I did 23.95 on my card. She said it wouldn’t let her finish. She would have to cancel the whole process out. I said that’s fine. Then she said I would have to go get cash instead. So I went to get cash . I came back 2nd time. She told me my total was 34.95. I asked her why Am I getting charge fee again. She said when I used my card charge me 3.95. When you pay cash it’s 4.95. I said oh okay. She had attitude on her face and I ask if she was oh okay. She throws me my money and said Jesus Christ. I don’t think that’s good customer service. This happen at 5:45pm today.
