- GVGeorgey VillSep 14, 20251.0Years back there was this older greasy curly haired lady with glasses that used to work as a teller. She was always rude and condescending. After my debit card number had been stolen yet again I went to close my account and planned to open another one, and before I could pay my remaining balance which was .40 cents she went on a triad of how financial irresponsibility could lead to fines and account closure if I could not come up with forty cents within a years times. That was my breaking point with this bank. I slammned a dollar on the desk and walked away. In the eight years since leaving my debit card hasn’t been stolen. My bank will actively reach out to me first if they notice anything suspicious and won’t just freeze my cards first. I am happier without their business.
