- TRTricia RinckJan 28, 20221.0I wanted to open an account here. I was told I need an appointment but I could make an account online. Well after many failed attempts, I tried calling to make an appointment but never got a response. I went in today to try again to open an account. The woman is insisting she called me multiple times including that morning, I showed her my phone log with no missed calls but she doesn’t apologize for the mix up or my difficulties… Just says with an attitude well you still need an appointment. No ty. I’m at Lockhart national bank where I was greeted with a “hello” and will be helped right away. Your loss RBFCU, good riddens!
