- MJMichele JanowskiDec 17, 20252.0Made an appointment the previous day for a notary public. I could see the person sitting in the tellers spot . No customers, on her computer. I was taken back 13 minutes after my appointment. Why bother to make an appt?? To add insult to injury she filled out the paperwork incorrectly. Then the notary told me”you can run home and print it again and comeback”.. I have a list of errands. Didn’t plan on backtracking due to mistakes on the part of the credit union notary.. So I have to come back tomorrow…

Both Kim and Stephanie kept us informed throughout the process. As a real estate agent, I know the process and it can normally take 30 day. It's good to know that there are institutions that take pride in their customer experience and will definitely recommend to my client's.
