I’m writing this letter from a place of truth, care, and respect—for myself, for you, and for everyone who’s doing their best to serve others with integrity.
Doing right isn’t about being perfect. It’s about understanding the care it takes to help one another, to listen, and to grow. I’m not here to outshine anyone. I’m here to be honest, to be real, and to stand as someone who values character over competition.
Customer service, at its best, is about people trying to be the best version of themselves. It’s not about power or blame. It’s about learning through life’s experiences—lessons from God that shape us, humble us, and remind us that we’re all human. No one should be put on a high horse, and no one should be looked down on. We’re all part of the same company, the same community, and we all deserve respect.
If there’s a problem, go to the source. Don’t complain behind closed doors. Whether it’s an ATM issue or a misunderstanding, let’s work together to fix it the right way. Complaining doesn’t build character—accountability does. We all have defaults, but we also have the power to rise above them. Our character is shaped not by who we are on paper, but by how we treat others and how we honor ourselves.
I respect you. I respect my peers. I respect anyone who’s trying. And I ask that we all respect one another, flaws and all. Because that’s what it’s about—being proud of who we are, and letting others be proud of who they are too.
I’m autistic, and I’m proud. I’m proud of my voice, my journey, and my truth. And I’m grateful to those who help me along the way. Akaila, thank you for your help. And to everyone reading this—thank you for listening, and may you have a blessed day.
With respect,
Tatianna

⭐☆☆☆☆ RBFCU Fraud Department — Completely Unhelpful
I called about my refund, and the rep told me “Mastercard has the funds since we have a contract with them.” That makes no sense — I don’t have an account with Mastercard, I have one with RBFCU. The bank uses Mastercard, not the other way around.
RBFCU should’ve tracked and verified my refund instead of pushing blame elsewhere. I had to chase down answers on my own — completely unacceptable for a fraud department.

Always an issue with the atms. Every single time at this location. How do you upgrade the atms & they are worse than before? One day it doesn't want to take my checks or it doesn't accept cash deposits. Im switching to Chase.
