If you have to talk to anybody for anything make sure to have enough time set aside, because you'll be waiting for a long time. I've been a member for 20 years.

No more talking to a real person face to face....you have to sign into a computer screen and feed your deposit into a machine. Much of the problems in today's world is desensitization of humans. When we do not interact with other people, we stop seeing the person behind the image on the screen. This lack of connection makes it easier to not think of what we are doing, which explains the increase in violence and lack of helping each other. It also decreases jobs.....let the computers do it. It just shows this credit union doesn't care for it's members. Been a member for 25+ years, but will look for another credit union that is person centered.
