I went to the Lewisville office of Truist Bank at 729 Hebron Pkwy today because I needed to get a payoff document notarized because I was having trouble getting a paper title at the DMV. However, the notary was on vacation. However, Sharon Taylor assisted me in locating another Truist bank has a notary , and she even called the loan department to inquire and clarify what was happening as well as the following steps. She was really courteous and professional! It was a really appreciative experience! I was truly grateful for what Sharon had done for us. Once again, thank you!

I don't know what happen with the last reviewer, but this was certainly not our experience. The Truist Bank Branch located at 729 Hebron Pkwy, Lewisville, TX has some of the friendliest and most sincere employees in the business. They have a very friendly Bank Teller by the name of Sharon, who has impressively familiarized herself with various bank proposals that Truist has to offer. Sharon was very helpful with our bank search. My wife and I had relocated her brother from Maryland to Texas. We were trying to find a bank that recognizes the importance of a customer, versus an account number. A bank with flexibility to meet personal banking requirements. Everyone's banking needs are not the same, and my brother-in-law's situation was no different. We tried the local Credit Union and your typical Banks with no success. However, my wife and I found this particular Truist Branch, which provided us with a sense of comfort and security. I will not deny that Truist is a very large bank, but at this branch, we experienced a sense of "good-old fashion hometown banking,” the way it should be. However, the second time we visited this branch, and to our surprise, both Bank Manager "Felicia" along with her Banking Specialist "Zeeshan" stood at the entrance door welcoming us in (this actually happened). Felicia and Zeeshan were hard at work establishing our accounts, debit cards, checks, forms, etc., as well as taking the time to explain our options and benefits. No, we are not wealthy or have a lot of money, but with the way that Felicia and Zeeshan had treated us, you would have thought we were. Since then, we have visited this branch multiple times and they still provide that old fashion hometown service, which makes us feel confident and secured. I have to say, my wife and I are both lucky and thankful to have found this branch.

The customer service was soo bad all I could do was laugh. I was going to complain and report tellers but there's no point. This bank isn't going to last. FYI their zelle transactions take 24hrs to complete because they have to be approved by the bank before they send.
