- AAAce4 days ago1.0Wouldn’t let my wife put a cashier check into her kids account because it’s too new?!?! That makes zero sense. Personal banking and tellers are just useless now.
- BHBen HambyOct 28, 20255.0Great bank and great branch. They have always been extremely helpful, even when wait times for a personal banker are occasionally long. Best tip: Come in before 11 or between 2-4 for fastest service from a banker. The windows, however, are rarely busy.

First off, they denied me a business account because they misread the address (they read my registered agent's address and mistook it for the business address (have you never seen articles of incorporation before?!?!)). I was able to get a business account with ease from one of their competitors. Today I came in for personal matters to get a simple notarization, waited 10 minutes for someone to talk to me, then they told me it would be up to an hour, even though 2 of the bankers were chit-chatting together for the 10 minutes I was waiting 🤦 No wonder their reviews are so pitiful 🤷
