- YYYasin David YasinApr 5, 20251.0I would always give five stars to Tana she is awesome teller know her for twenty years They have one teller who was rude I went today greeted a teller good morning she didn’t reply then she asked me what i am doing today which I said I don’t understand her She gave me rude attitude as if I was acting stupid I found it personal question that’s why I was trying understand her Then she started rolling her eyes and hands She then refused to serve when I told her she was rude The manager come to cool her and gave me another teller She is polite mostly but today she when I asked her for a box or bag to keep 20 coin packs said she didn’t have a bag and gave me paper bag. Then said they have given me millions of bags ,what have done with them rudely I prefer to keep my change in little boxes they have I said I have not taken millions of small black zipper bags because I don’t like them I have seven accounts with them

They greeted me and my husband by name on our 2nd visit. I honestly dread going to other branches. We worked out of town and headed home one weekend. Drove 5 hours, passed numerous WF banks to get to the ladies and gentleman here in order to cash our checks. We even had to wait until the next morning because we made it back too late. As long as I'm living in this area, I will only go to this branch! You guys Rock!!
