At first, the process was moving fast, I even got an email the next day asking for two documents of verification, no biggie. I sent those in, then had to sign & resend my social security card which was a bit annoying because its still valid unsigned, according to the SSA, but went ahead and signed it, then resent it. I had to email to check for an update then was told to resend the card in color now. Seriously? Why wait til I ask for an update, then ask me to resend it for a 3rd time? I told them to just cancel the application, as the entire process was absolutely ridiculous. Jessica “helped” me through this process and she was terrible. Her replies were short, unfriendly, and made the process difficult. I’d highly recommend ANY other credit union in the area.

Zack took his time to help me from start to finish it took a while & I was kind of happy because I wasn’t the only one having a hard time lol to say the less.
