- DDDottie DJSep 11, 20255.0I have always had great costumer service from the ladies at Amegy on Marina Bay Drive in League City! Do wish Amegy had better interest rates on their savings, CD’s, etc., I go to JSC for high yield savings!

- MCMike CarterDec 1, 20221.0I requested stop payments on two checks worth over $5,000 (prior to the checks being cashed), but the manager refused to stop payment. She stated this is because she is "liable" otherwise and must place a 90 day hold on the checks in order to place the stop payment! Unacceptable. In my opinion, she is liable on my end for refusing to stop payment, as directed in a timely manner. I'm not happy, to say the least, and I will be closing my accounts with Amegy Bank. Find a better bank; that's my advice to anyone reading this. Not to mention their never-ending fees. If your money is important to you, Amegy Bank is probably not for you.

You are here to see how much money and fees you can charge the everyday hard working person that lives paycheck to paycheck and it’s disgusting I would not recommend this bank to a dead person .. tomorrow I will be closing my 3 accounts of 19yrs .. goodbye .. Wells Fargo here I come .. UPDATE AFTER 2wks of talking to people they did indeed fix my issue .. I want to thank the branch manger in the bacliff area that took care of this issue .. thank you a
