I had a problem with my checking account that froze all the funds I had in the account, plus all deposits made for two days after the issue occurred. The worst part is it happened at the start of the month, rent was due, and I didn’t want to be hit with late fees. I came into the bank upset, but after speaking with Jason Mathis at Lavon and Jennifer Sims at Lewisville about the issue and seeing how they both went above and beyond to make sure I had the funds cleared and available so I could pay rent without the late fees, I ended up leaving feeling like I had the best bank in the world lol. Great service and bank reps!
