- CGCarla GarciaSep 20, 20221.0Terrible service do not come here!!! It seems like they do not want to provide any type of service at all unless you have previously scheduled an appt online. My parents were trying to open an account with them since this is the bank closest to their home and they did not even try to help or offer to schedule an appt for them. Not everyone is tech savvy. I really hope this bank can get training on how to provide better customer service and how to be more inclusive. I had already warned them about all the previous negative reviews here.
