They made me smile and actually gave me a good experience at the bank. My first trip to Laredo ended with an even bigger smile due to these two people. I left with a small token from Alex. If you want one, just go setup a checking account/savings with them. It’s worth it. I will be back
- ECEdward CallesJul 25, 20251.0Went to do a wire transfer at this branch and was attended by an employee named Irving. He aske me to say the purpose of my wire transfer and I said "Is personal information" and then he replied saying that he could not do the wire transfer if I do not declared the reason of the wire transfer. So I did tell him the reason because I needed to get the funds to its destination. Then I left the bank and find out that Irving denied my wire transfer for the sole reason that I said "for personal reason" even though I did gave him the reason after he explain to me that the bank needed the reason. So I guess Irving decides who gets to transfer money just or who doesn't purely based on his "personal reasons". I am never again going to use this bank. You can see that people at this bank are not friendly and are understaff.
