Your bank atm took my money and did not give the cash back filed a claim and they said they did not find the cash so upset at your company this happened in feb 2020 lost $300 because of your company and they will not look into the security footage either only the transaction records only they said it’s not their policy to look into cameras for this type of problem. That only secures your company not the customer.

We have three locations in lakeway. This location ALWAYS has issues with anything it seems. They work very hard to find ways to not help complete the task at hand. Then you drive down the street and every time they have no issue. Not sure why I keep stopping here in hopes they would have changed their ways. I hate driving past the closest location so much I am considering moving banks.

So I was in this branch today. Horrible customer service. Rude stuff. Especially there was a new girl working by drive in window. She treated me very bad. No respect, nothing. Dark haired, short girl. Wells Fargo I trust you my cash. A lot of it actually and I deserve respect and customer service. I'll be contacting corporate to address this issue and I will not stop. I will go online and leave more reviews. Manager was OK. But she never said "Sorry"... This is ridiculous. You should watch who do you hire. The worst experience in my life. I do NOT recommend this branch to deal with.
