I was unfortunate enough to not be able to do a transfer one day because I hadn’t made an appointment with a banker! Needless to say the recipient was not happy, and neither was I. I called to try to make an appointment and lo and behold no one answered. I know times are tough but come on Wells Fargo you close down two banks in the area so this is the only one available I would hope that it would be properly staffed to handle all the volume that three banks used to handle. Today I forgot that I needed to make an appointment and the earliest I could get was for 3:30 PM.
