- EBEvan BirminghamNov 15, 20251.0I had opened an account Friday (11-14-2025) with Sara Ortega Rios. After setting up my account she had me deposit my $1000+ check via mobile deposit. Sadly she neglected to inform me that I would not get my funds that day. I only found out after I asked the front desk to pull out some money for me. The front desk told me I would have my money next day (11-15-2025). Now it is the next day and only $200 has been deposited and the other $700-$800 is not going to come through till another 5-6 days (11-20-2025) after I get paid again. Now I will be late on my bills and be behind with late charges because of this mess. It is very upsetting.

But Today end my banking with them. I had enough money but I not going to discuss my money. I well discuss that they put extra fees on my account. Wells didn't not email me with the problem. I hate that I have call and put them aka Wells Fargo in there place. Bbb would be notified with this problem.

I wanted my car payment INSTANTLY withdrawn from my Wells Fargo bank account but instead I have to wait till next business day for the funds to withdraw from my account. I asked her multiple times if it’ll be instantly withdrawn and she said “yes.” But unfortunately it was not, therefore I can’t make any other payments on bills due to potential overdraft IF I over spend and will cause my car loan to NOT be paid if there is not enough funds the next business day. For example: I was wanting to pay my car payment as if I were paying cash, hence being already out of my bank account.
