- NSNoe SanchezAug 7, 20251.0Made an appointment for a new account opening on 8/7 @ 3:30. I walked into the location around 3:25 and was told to wait. There were two Wells Fargo employees sitting in an office chatting it up while I was waiting. A woman came up to me and asked me what I needed. I stated that I wanted to open a new account and she replied with “give me a few minutes and I’ll be right with you”. Overall I was waiting about 20min. The woman sat me down in her office just to tell me that my appointment was supposed to be with some other woman and that I would not be able to open my account today because she had a meeting. They have no consideration for ones time. These employees/managers need to be retrained on how to communicate efficiently amongst one another.
- CDChad duggerMar 8, 20251.0My girl friend went in for a 10:30 appointment and after her appointment it was closing time and I understand that but I had to run to the store to get fluids for my truck so that the AC in my truck would work for our kids and when I was on the way back she waited outside for 30 minutes. Well me being human and if I work that that Wells Fargo I would have stayed behind and waited inside with her that way she didn't have to wait out in the heat. The lady that was helping her the banker that worked today on this Saturday was extremely rude to her the whole time as well. I do not recommend anybody to go to this Wells Fargo for the rudeness and evil people that made my girlfriend wait outside for 30 minutes in the heat while I was trying to get AC going for our kids. I hope every single one of those guys in that building fell ashamed of themselves for real
