  Made an appointment for a new account opening on 8/7 @ 3:30. I walked into the location around 3:25 and was told to wait. There were two Wells Fargo employees sitting in an office chatting it up while I was waiting. A woman came up to me and asked me what I needed. I stated that I wanted to open a new account and she replied with “give me a few minutes and I’ll be right with you”. Overall I was waiting about 20min. The woman sat me down in her office just to tell me that my appointment was supposed to be with some other woman and that I would not be able to open my account today because she had a meeting. They have no consideration for ones time. These employees/managers need to be retrained on how to communicate efficiently amongst one another.

  My girl friend went in for a 10:30 appointment and after her appointment it was closing time and I understand that but I had to run to the store to get fluids for my truck so that the AC in my truck would work for our kids and when I was on the way back she waited outside for 30 minutes. Well me being human and if I work that that Wells Fargo I would have stayed behind and waited inside with her that way she didn't have to wait out in the heat. The lady that was helping her the banker that worked today on this Saturday was extremely rude to her the whole time as well. I do not recommend anybody to go to this Wells Fargo for the rudeness and evil people that made my girlfriend wait outside for 30 minutes in the heat while I was trying to get AC going for our kids. I hope every single one of those guys in that building fell ashamed of themselves for real

  Customer since 1999. Brought business accounts to WF in 2021-ish. We have a business that accepts checks at our events. Every time I bring them in at this location I always get the annoyed look. Skyler was my teller this afternoon and was not trying to hide her less than enthusiastic looks, frowns, head shaking, and obvious sighs of annoyance that she had to count checks, and make sure they match her scans. I think Skyler could use a refresher on her job description which I am confident includes a sentence or two on being the face of a company and having good customer service skills. I am wondering how I should bring my checks in from my customers to make it more enjoyable for Wells Fargo tellers to just do their job, which should be first and foremost, customer service. I shouldn't feel uncomfortable to bring in my money from my business to a company that wants nothing more than to take my money. I can understand though that it can be extremely difficult to sit in an airconditioned building and click buttons and read on a computer screen. I also realize how straining it can be to maybe pick up a few pieces of paper every now and then, or walk to a printer.

  I had a problem with overdraft fees on my account and David the manager there at the lake Jackson branch was very very professional and helped resolve the matter’s I’ll give you five stars for customer service
